EU · work, study & Blue Card residence permits
Know your real chance before you waste a year finding out the hard way.
The same checks a case officer would run, plus a real English assessment, then a straight answer: good chance, fixable gaps, or unlikely and why.
The rules check is free and needs no card: tell us your situation and we say whether a published requirement already rules you out. The full assessment - background screening, your spoken English, and a named reviewer who signs it - is €39. One payment, no subscription, no commission, nothing sold to you afterwards.
What you receive
A scored verdict, not a vague impression
Every assessment reads like this: a likelihood, a score, what blocks it if anything does, and the reasoning behind it - signed off by a person before it ever reaches you.
Possible, with two gaps to close
61/100Your qualifications fit the role, but your English sits a level below what the job description asks for, and your employer has not yet registered the vacancy. Both are fixable in about three months. Neither is fatal.

How it works
Four stages, start to answer
- 0120 minutes
You submit
Your details, your CV, proof of your education, any language certificate you already hold, and a photo taken on camera so we know the files are yours.
- 0212 minutes
You speak
Five questions, recorded on your camera one at a time. No examiner, no appointment, no score to prepare for. The last two questions are the ones that actually tell us your level.
- 03A few hours
We check
Sanctions and watchlist screening, Interpol public notices, published adverse media, whether your documents agree with what you told us, and whether the institutions you named exist. Every source is listed in your report.
- 04Within 3 working days
A person decides
A reviewer reads the whole file, corrects the draft where the machine got it wrong, and signs off. Nothing reaches you that a human has not read first.
What you get
A verdict you can act on
- A verdict with a number. Where your file stands against each requirement, scored and explained one requirement at a time.
- A CEFR level for your English with six sub-scores and the examiner's reasoning, from real unscripted speech rather than a multiple-choice test.
- Every source we looked at, named, dated and linked - including the ones that were unavailable, because an unavailable check is not a clean check.
- An ordered list of what to fix, separated into what is yours to do and what your employer or university has to do.
What we will not do
Limits, stated plainly
- Promise you a permit, or claim any relationship with any immigration authority, employer, or university.
- Fill in your application, write your documents, or coach you on what to tell a case officer.
- Search for social accounts you did not give us, contact anyone you know, or share your file with an employer or agent.
- Let a machine decide your result on its own. A named reviewer signs every report, and you can ask for that decision to be looked at again by a different person.
Pricing
Two things you can have
The first is free because it costs us nothing to run: it is arithmetic against published rules. The second costs money because it takes people, searches and time. We would rather you only bought the second one if the first says it is worth it.
The rules check
No charge, now or later
Your situation measured against published EU requirements. It runs on what you type, so it costs us nothing and costs you nothing.
- Every requirement we can settle from what you tell us
- Salary against each threshold, including the EU Blue Card route
- Whether a requirement already closes the route - the answer worth having early
- The figures we used, dated, with the government page each came from
It cannot check anything you have not told us, and no person reads it.
Everything a form cannot tell you
One payment · refunded if we cannot finish
Everything in the free check, and then the parts that decide most applications - your documents, your background, your English, and a person who puts their name to the answer.
- Sanctions, PEP and watchlist screening, Interpol notices, and published reporting
- Your documents cross-checked against what you declared
- A live photo checked against your passport page
- Spoken English scored against CEFR from five recorded answers
- A named reviewer who reads the file and signs the result
- A written report, and one round of questions back to the reviewer
If we cannot complete the assessment - the interview fails to record, or the screening sources we depend on are unreachable - you are refunded in full. We do not charge for a partial answer. A negative answer is not a partial answer: it is the one most worth paying for.
Questions
Straight answers
+Will you get me the permit?
No. We have no role in the process and no influence over it. We tell you what your file looks like to the people who will decide, and what specifically is missing. Anyone who promises you a permit for a fee is lying to you.
+Does this cover the EU Blue Card, or only the standard work permit?
Both. The Blue Card is a category of work residence permit, so a 'Work' assessment covers it, and your report scores your declared salary against the Blue Card thresholds - the standard one and the lower one for shortage occupations - as its own line. What it does not judge is whether your occupation is on the shortage list, or whether your qualification clears the Blue Card's own education bar: both turn on your job offer and are decided by the immigration authority handling your case. If the Blue Card is your open question, ask it in your round of clarifying questions and the reviewer will answer it directly.
+What if the answer is no?
You get the same detailed report, saying which requirement you fail and what would have to change. That is the outcome we are paid for. A cheap no now is worth more than an expensive no in eight months.
+Do I need an English certificate already?
No. The interview is how we assess your English. If you already hold IELTS, TOEFL or similar, upload it - we read it alongside the interview rather than instead of it.
+Why do you need a photo of me holding my passport?
One camera shot, taken live, showing your face and your open passport in the same frame. It is compared against the passport page you upload - that comparison is the only thing it is used for, and it is what ties the CV and certificates in your file to you rather than to whoever sent them. It is then deleted with the rest of your file. We do not build a face database and we do not search for your face anywhere.
+What do you look up about me?
Official published lists, published news reporting, your own documents, and the profile links you choose to give us. We do not search for accounts you did not tell us about, contact your employer, or approach anyone you know. The full list is in the privacy notice, and every source we actually consulted is printed in your report.
+How long do you keep my file?
Ninety days after your report, then documents, video and screening evidence are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete everything sooner, at any time, and it happens the same day.
