Terms of service
Template. Company details, governing law, consumer withdrawal wording and dispute resolution need a lawyer's review before launch. The description of what the service does and does not do is accurate.
What you are buying
For €39 you receive one written assessment of your prospects of obtaining an EU temporary residence permit on the work or study route: a background screening from published sources, an assessment of your spoken English, a scored review against each requirement, and a list of what to do next. You also get one round of clarifying questions to the reviewer.
What this is not
- It is not legal advice, and we are not your legal representative. We are not licensed immigration advisers.
- It is not a decision, a pre-approval, or any kind of commitment by any EU member state. We have no relationship with any immigration authority, and no ability to influence any decision.
- It is not a guarantee. A positive assessment does not mean you will get a permit; a negative one does not mean you cannot apply.
- It is not a job-finding, university-placement, or application-filing service. We do not introduce you to employers and we take no commission from anyone.
What we need from you
Accurate information and genuine documents, and that the interview is answered by you, alone, without a script or another person speaking. If we find that a document has been altered or that someone else sat the interview, we stop the assessment, tell you why, and do not refund the fee.
Refunds
Full refund if we cannot complete the assessment for a reason on our side - the interview fails to record, or screening sources we depend on are unavailable. Full refund if you withdraw your consent before screening begins. No refund once the report has been delivered, because an honest negative answer is the product working as intended, and no refund where the assessment was stopped for the reasons in the paragraph above.
If you think we got it wrong
Reply to the email with your reference number. A different reviewer will re-examine your file at no charge. If you are still not satisfied you can complain to a data protection or consumer authority, and nothing in these terms limits that right.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee you paid, except where the law does not permit that limitation. We are not liable for decisions taken by any authority, employer or institution, or for costs you incur in the actual permit process.
Law and jurisdiction
The governing law and competent courts for this agreement are being finalized before this service takes a real applicant, and will be published here. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply regardless.
